STELLART

Il Posto is an artspace advocated to the conservation, study and diffusion of contemporary art from Chile and Latinoamerica. We believe that art and the discussions around it promote the development of critical thinking and open up new perspectives and reflections on our contemporaneity. Through exhibitions, research, and content produced especially for them, Il Posto promotes collaborative instances between artists, curators, researchers, and collectors in the region. Il Posto collection is made up of more than 400 pieces of Chilean and Latin American art produced from the 1970s to the present. In addition, Il Posto has Il Posto Documentos, a Research and Documentation Center with a Library and a Documentary Archive open to the public.
